Lease fees
Security deposit is typically* equal to 1.5x the first month's rent.-
- *Applications that do not meet all qualification requirements may be subject to a security deposit up to 2.5 times the monthly rent
- Applications who fail to meet the credit score qualification requirement (if accepted) may be subject to a $299 credit approval fee

**Please note that a full first month's rent will be due prior to move-in. If your move-in date occurs mid-month, you will pay the pro-rated rent amount during the second month of your tenancy.
