How do I schedule a showing?

• Visit the Charleston Property Company website and click "Find a Rental"
• Locate the property you are interested in and read the listing description to determine if showings are available. 
• If the property is available for showings, click on the SCHEDULE SHOWING button

• At the bottom of the page, select the date and time you would like to view the property and click SUBMIT

• • You will need to either REGISTER or LOGIN. If you need to register, you will need to submit the following form

• You will be asked to answer 4 questions and add a copy of your ID and a credit card
• After your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation code and instructions on how to access the property.
