You may find an outside realtor, family member, or friend to view the property on your behalf.
We do require that you (or someone on your behalf) view the property prior to drafting a lease and sending it out for signature. Video conferencing is encouraged! Unless otherwise noted, the lease will stipulate that the property is to be accepted in the state in which it is shown.
