Vacant properties are typically offered "as is." If a property was very recently vacated, we cannot disclose which items (if any) will be repaired/addressed until the move out evaluation is has been reviewed and any issues are presented to the property owner.
Upon vacating a unit, we do require tenants to get the carpets professionally cleaned. The remainder of the property does NOT have to be professionally cleaned, but in a clean state.
