About Charleston Property Company

Krisztina is the Chief Operating Officer for The Charleston Property Company.  She is primarily responsible for the oversight of the process and flow of business within the operations, leasing and business development departments. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2016.   Prior to working in property management, Krisztina was a small business owner for 25 years.

Amy is our Director of Leasing, Revenue & Logistics. In addition to overseeing the leasing and applications departments, she oversees the company’s marketing efforts & website design, works with the management team to drive company policy and maximize revenue, and works continuously to improve the company’s interdepartmental processes. Prior to working with The Charleston Property Company, Amy worked in the vacation rental and hotel industries with a Masters from the George Washington University. 

Ashley is the Property Manager for The Charleston Property Company.  She brings 19 years of property management experience to our team, including the past two years serving as Property Manager in Charge. She currently oversees our portfolio with our dedicated property management team ensuring both owners and tenants receive exceptional service. 

A Charleston native, Ashley has a deep passion for the Lowcountry community and takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and residents alike. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing all that the coastal lifestyle has to offer.

Penny is the Onboarding Coordinator for the Charleston Property Company. Her primary role is to assist new clients as soon as they sign on to receive our management services. She collects all essential property information and provides new owner clients with all of the resources they will need while working with us. Penny also ensures each property is rent-ready, and works with our new owner clients until they are fully onboarded and ready to transition to our Leasing Department.

Ally is our Business Development and Onboarding Representative. She works with our COO as the first point of contact for our new and prospective clients, as well as our Onboarding Manager for the transition into the Onboarding Department. From assisting with initial inquiries to explaining our services, Ally's goal is to be transparent, and mindful, and to simplify the process of hiring a property management company for our clients. Prior to joining the Charleston Property Company team, Ally worked for many years in the real estate industry. She has a genuine passion for helping connect her customers to the best possible solutions, whatever their needs may be. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her husband and children.

Maria is our Residential Operations Manager. She oversees the property management staff alongside our Senior Property Manager, while also handling various aspects of our portfolio including move-outs, lease renewals, and day-to-day account operations.  Prior to working in property management, Maria gained 15 years of Customer Service experience which enables her to excel in all facets of client and resident relations.

Ashley is the Assistant Leasing Manager for The Charleston Property Company. She places available properties on the market and monitors the performance in efforts to minimize vacancy and maximize rental rates. She regularly communicates with potential tenants via phone and email to answer any questions and help finalize lease agreements. She works directly with the Director of Leasing, as well as the applications agent to qualify long-term tenants for our properties.  In her free time Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs.

Ernie is the Assistant Leasing Manager for The Charleston Property Company. He communicates regularly with prospective tenants and property owner clients and assists with all aspects of the Leasing process.

Ernie describes himself as being a geek at heart and pet lover and enjoys an active lifestyle.

Paloma is the Assistant Property Manager for The Charleston Property Company. As part of the Property Management team, Paloma assists with day-to-day operations and responds to resident inquiries. She also coordinates mid-term evaluations and manages lease renewals. Paloma grew up in Texas and is a Dallas Cowboys fan! She loves watching football and is mother to two boys. She enjoys being in the kitchen and loves to read and sew in her spare time.

Karin is the Client Services Coordinator for The Charleston Property Company. Karin assists with day-to-day operations in both the property management and Leasing departments and responds to resident inquiries. Karin brings over 4 years of property management experience. She is a very active person and loves trail running, rock climbing and hiking. She is a movie enthusiast and a bookworm and enjoys spending time with her husky in her spare time.
